Applies to any client whose own reminder status/frequency has never been set by hand. Per-client overrides still live on that client's file in Borrower Portal Admin.

Controls every automated reminder, not just untouched clients. All times are your local (Pacific) time. Texts only ever send inside the window below — if a run lands outside it, the text is held (the email still goes) so nobody's phone buzzes at night.

Times shown in Pacific time. Scheduled items: a background job checks every hour — due texts send automatically, due emails ping Slack so you can send from Gmail — cancel here before then if something shouldn't go out. Reminders: shown here are projected — the actual sweep only fires if the borrower still has outstanding items and hasn't been active in their portal that day. Funded clients are hidden automatically. Reminder Status defaults to On when never set.
